Trigeminal neuralgia
- 50-year-old patient with mutliple sclerosis presented with a 6 month history of right sided trigeminal neuralgia.
- A T2-hyperintense demyelinating lesion in the right hemipons corresponds to intraparenchymal fasicles of the trigeminal nerve.
